Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in the end-to-end recruitment processfrom talent sourcing and screening to onboardingwhile learning best practices in HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Help manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening phone calls under supervision Support candidate communication, including interview confirmations and follow-ups Participate in campus recruitment efforts and career fairs (if applicable) Assist in creating recruitment metrics reports and analytics Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team as needed Qualifications: Recently completed a Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to ATS tools is a plus What Youll Gain: Practical experience in recruitment Exposure to real-time hiring challenges and strategies Mentorship from experienced HR professionals A potential pathway to full-time opportunities in Talent Acquisition Walk-In Venue : Trigent Software Pvt.
