The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to use recruitment tools and strategies effectively. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 📍 1. Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking & internal databases. Use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) & talent acquisition tools effectively. Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews. 📍 2. Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Evaluate candidate skills, communication & cultural fit. Roll out offer letters and negotiate compensation when needed. Maintain recruitment trackers and generate recruitment analytics. 📍 3. Onboarding & Documentation: Manage end-to-end employee onboarding process. Collect and verify candidate documents. Create and maintain employee records as per company policy. 📍 4. HR Coordination: Support HR team in day-to-day HR operations. Maintain candidate pipeline and talent pool for future hiring.
