Key Responsibilities:1. Channel ManagementDevelop and manage business across Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), modern trade outlets, and retail networks. Build strategic partnerships with platform category managers and retail buyers to drive visibility and sales. Drive product listings, replenishments, and ensure compliance with SLAs on Q-commerce platforms. 2. Sales & Target AchievementPlan and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets. Monitor KPIs such as order fill rate, daily throughput, returns, and revenue per platform/outlet. 3. Team & Distributor HandlingRecruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives, Promoters, and Distributors. Ensure proper beat planning, daily reporting, and performance reviews. Facilitate billing, stock rotation, and claims management with distributors and retailers. 4. Merchandising & VisibilityEnsure brand visibility and planogram compliance across formats. Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, sampling, POS materials, and BTL activities. 5. Data Reporting & Market IntelligenceAnalyze channel-wise performance and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and insights to the management.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong distributor relationships, and driving market penetration in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities Distributor Management: Identify, appoint, and manage FMCG distributors in assigned regions. Ensure distributor stock levels, timely replenishment, and credit management. Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume and revenue targets. Monitor primary (distributor sales) and secondary (retailer sales) movements. Market Development: Expand Nixy SHOTs product reach in general trade, modern trade, and kirana outlets. Conduct product demos, sampling, and visibility drives. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Act as the first point of contact for product information and issue resolution. Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and competitor activity. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market insights. Brand Promotion: Execute trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities. Ensure product placement and visibility as per brand guidelines. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience (distributors/general trade). Strong distributor & retailer network in FMCG/cleaning products is an advantage. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
