HR Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 years in HR roles, preferably in the IT sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS systems.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance team.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Drive performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
• Support policy formulation and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor laws).
• Plan and organize training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Prepare and share HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
• ork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social platforms, and employee referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical teams for further rounds.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,469.66 - ₹28,242.56 per month
