Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and managing job postings. Additionally, the recruiter will participate in onboarding new employees, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
