Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Finding potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability to the given role.
  • Schedule a minimum of 10 interviews per day for candidates across various cities.
  • Coordinate and consult with Mr. Avelo Roy (Director) and his office before scheduling the interviews of the applicant.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain candidate databases.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand upcoming requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve future recruiting.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or office management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office technology and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Salary : Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 18,000 per month (Plus Provident Fund & ESI)

Office Timing: 12 pm to 9 pm with Rotational Weekly Leave

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
