Assistant Accountant

Company: KVAR International Private Limited
Position: Assistant Accountant
Location: Ballygunge Place, Kolkata
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month + PF + ESI
Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Verify whether sales proceeds are credited to the company’s bank account.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions using Tally.
• Prepare monthly salary slips for employees and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting operations.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good Tally knowledge may also apply).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
