Job Description

Company: KVAR International Private Limited
Position: Assistant Accountant
Location: Ballygunge Place, Kolkata
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month + PF + ESI
Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
Verify whether sales proceeds are credited to the company’s bank account.
Record and reconcile all financial transactions using Tally.
Prepare monthly salary slips for employees and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting operations.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce / Accounting or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good Tally knowledge may also apply).
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
