Job Description: As a Human Resources (HR) professional, your role will involve various aspects of HR management to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Staffing: Your duties will include posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the right talent to fill various positions within the company. - Onboarding & Orientation: You will guide new employees through the joining formalities, introduce them to company policies, and familiarize them with the organizational culture. - Employee Relations: Handling employee queries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a harmonious workplace environment will be crucial aspects of your role. - Performance Management: You will assist in goal setting, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain accurate performance records for all employees. - Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs to nurture employee growth and development will be part of your responsibilities. - Compliance & Policies: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and health & safety regulations within the organization will be essential. - Employee Engagement: You will organize events, wellness activities, and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and engagement. Skills Required: - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Organizational and time-management skills - Problem-solving ability - Knowledge of labor laws & HR policies - Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) Qualification: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional Company Details: The job is full-time with a projected total compensation ranging from 9,529.04 to 18,000.00 per month. Benefits include paid sick time.
