As an HR Recruiter at our company based in Midnapore, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
