Job Title: Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure performance targets are met.
• Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service delivery.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in [industry name, e.g., FMCG / Real Estate / IT / Retail]).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and team management ability.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
