Key & Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and company culture to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status, feedback, and other necessary information.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure successful onboarding for new hires.
Support HR department with administrative tasks as needed.
