Job Description

  • Create, update, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including job boards and social media.

     
  • Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as professional networking sites like LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
     
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone and video interviews, and coordinate further interviews with the hiring team.
     
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, often using behavioral and situational questions, and potentially skills or personality assessments.

    Extend job offers, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

    Requirements
    • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Sound knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Excellent negotiation skills.
    • Ability to adapt to new technologies and business environments.
