Responsibilities
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ colleges etc4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods tofilter candidates within schedule7. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes8. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices9. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team10. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during theselection process.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter)2. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phoneinterviewing, reference check etc)3. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CandidateManagement Systems (CMS)4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Strong decision-making skills6. BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
