Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: 1. Identify, prospect, and engage potential business clients in your assigned market segment. 2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement. 3. Conduct outreach through emails and networking to generate new business opportunities. Relationship Building: 1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts. 2. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to solve their business challenges. 3. Establish trust and credibility with clients through excellent communication and industry knowledge. Product Knowledge: 1. Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively sell and offer solutions. 2. Demonstrate product benefits and value propositions through presentations, product demos, and sales pitches. Sales Strategy and Negotiation: 1. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while maintaining profit margins. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, and product) to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations. Reporting and Forecasting: 1. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and closed deals. 2. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Market Research: 1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities. 2. Gather feedback from clients to inform product and service enhancements. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field. Previous experience in Finance is preferred. Skills: o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. o Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. o Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Other: o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
