HR Recruiter

Job Summary The Non-IT HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical positions across the organization. This role requires partnering closely with various hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-quality candidates, and ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Operations, Administration). Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Workindia, Apna etc ), social media internal databases, and employee referrals, to build a robust non-IT talent pipeline. Screening & Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate all stages of the interview process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and interviewers. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle candidate queries regarding benefits and terms of employment. Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire) and provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager and hiring teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 0 to 1 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on non-technical/non-IT roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
