Job Description

Responsible for selling products or services over the phone, primarily focusing on generating sales and increasing revenue. They engage with existing and potential customers, identify their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase, while also managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to potential customers: Identifying leads, contacting them to discuss product/service offerings, and generating interest. Taking and processing customer orders: Managing transactions, recording order details, and ensuring accurate data entry. Providing excellent customer service: Addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships: Establishing trust, understanding customer needs, and fostering long-term partnerships. Meeting and exceeding sales targets: Working towards achieving monthly and annual sales quotas through effective sales techniques. Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services based on customer needs and past purchases. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends: Keeping abreast of new products, features, and market changes to effectively pitch offerings. Managing customer accounts: Updating information, tracking purchases, and following up with customers on a regular basis.
