Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time About the Mind Power Education is a reputed network of educational institutions with campuses across multiple states, committed to delivering quality education and fostering professional growth. Role Overview :The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent for academic, administrative, and support roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-campus environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse profiles such as Teachers, Lecturers, Professors, Admission Counselors, Tele-Counselors, Accountants, Marketing, and Digital Marketing professionals. Job Posting & Sourcing: Draft and publish job descriptions, post vacancies on portals/social media, and use innovative sourcing methods (networking, referrals, campus drives). Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical/subject interviews with department heads, and manage candidate shortlists. Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule interviews, facilitate salary negotiations within policy, issue offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding. Database & Reporting: Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS; provide weekly/monthly hiring reports to management. Employer Branding: Support career fairs, campus placements, and digital campaigns to promote the organization as an employer of choice. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to institutional policies and labor laws. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment; exposure to educational or service sectors is an advantage. Strong understanding of hiring academic and non-academic roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different states and campuses. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Social Media Plateforms, etc.). Key Competencies Proactive and target-driven approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Cultural sensitivity to work with diverse teams across states.
