Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner Development & Relationship Management Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with: Associate partners, career counsellors, schools, colleges, coaching centers, computer institutes, training centers, home tutors, private teachers, retired teachers. Build long-term relationships to ensure consistent lead generation and brand advocacy. Develop and execute MOUs with institutions, organizations, and individuals for student referrals and academic collaborations. 2. Outreach & Promotion Activities Organize and conduct school/college visits, career seminars, and education fairs to promote MPU programs. Conduct daily meetings: 3. Admission & Performance Management Achieve assigned admission targets for MPU programs. Maintain a city-wise database of associates and track: Partner performance, Conversion metrics, and Event outcomes. 4. Marketing & Branding Support Plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns, including ad promotions and influencer partnerships. Coordinate design and distribution of brochures, posters, banners, and digital creatives for outreach campaigns. 5. Team Training & Supervision Train and guide associate counsellors, field executives, and outreach representatives to meet their performance and admission targets. Monitor field activities and provide timely feedback for improvement. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of partner institutions onboarded and active. Monthly achievement of school/college visits and student tour targets. Number of student leads generated and converted to admissions. Quality and frequency of outreach events and promotions. Timely submission of daily and weekly reports.
