Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:Counsel and guide students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures. Achieve monthly and annual admission targets as assigned by management. Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms. Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain CRM records or Google Sheets for reporting. Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, seminars, and telecalling campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing and digital teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Maintain proper documentation of student inquiries, applications, and admissions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Admission Head. Provide post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
