Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Team Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and motivate field marketing executives to achieve outreach and admission targets across Delhi/NCR. Field Outreach & Networking: Develop strong relationships with coaching centers, schools, consultants, and educational institutions to promote Mind Power University programs. Partnership & Tie-ups: Identify potential academic partners and secure collaboration agreements for student referrals and admissions. Lead Generation & Conversions: Drive student application form filling from partner institutions and ensure follow-up until admission completion. Campus Tour Coordination: Plan and organize regular campus visit tours for school owners, teachers, and students to the MPU campus. Performance Monitoring: Track and report daily/weekly performance of team members using digital tools, ensuring achievement of set targets. Market Intelligence: Gather data on competitors, new coaching centers, and market trends to strengthen outreach strategy. Reporting: Submit daily/weekly field reports, feedback, and progress updates to the Head of Admissions/Pro-Chancellor
