The Role: Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationWe are looking for a smart, energetic person who can be our first full-time marketing star. Your primary goal will be to attract quality leads and build our brand presence online. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Engine: Actively generate and qualify sales leads through digital channels (organic search, paid ads, social media, landing pages). Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to showcase our products, installations, and acoustical expertise. Content Creation: Write compelling content (posts, case studies, product descriptions) that educates potential B2B and B2C clients on the benefits of soundproofing. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) to continuously optimize campaigns. Marketing Operations: Assist the founder with various startup-related marketing tasks, including presentation design and updating website content. What We Are Looking For Proven Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and manage digital campaigns that result in measurable leads. Social Media Expertise: Must know how to use social platforms not just for personal use, but for professional brand building and lead capture. Self-Starter & Highly Organized: You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable taking ownership of projects without constant supervision. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in local languages is a plus. Experience & Education: 1-3 years of relevant work experience specifically in digital marketing or a startup environment.
