Job Description: Marketing and Sales ExecutiveWe're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Executive. This role is a unique opportunity to drive brand awareness and revenue growth for Acoustec Innovations, a forward-thinking company specializing in premium acoustic interior solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy while actively engaging with clients to generate sales and expand our market presence. Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities for this role are split into two main areas: Marketing: You will develop and implement marketing campaigns for our product range, focusing on digital and B2B channels. This includes managing website content, creating engaging social media content, and executing lead generation activities like email campaigns and online advertising. Sales: You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and presentations, and build strong customer relationships. You will also assist in preparing proposals and quotations, and follow up to close sales. Essential Skills and Attributes to succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of strong communication, technical understanding, and a proactive mindset. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You must be an excellent communicator, capable of active listening to understand client needs and crafting clear, professional written content. Strong presentation skills are essential for showcasing our products to B2B audiences like architects and designers. Proactive & Goal-Oriented: We're looking for someone with initiative and drive—a resourceful individual who is motivated by targets and demonstrates resilience in pursuing new leads and opportunities. Problem-Solving: The ability to understand a client's acoustic challenges and think creatively about how our custom solutions can address them is crucial. Understanding of B2B Sales: You should have a conceptual understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing a high-value, project-based sale.
