The ideal candidate will serve as the crucial link between our design concepts and the final manufacturing process. This role is responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans that ensure our custom acoustic solutions are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Drafting: Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and blueprints for our full range of products, including acoustic panels, linear series, doors, and partitions. Translate architectural drawings and design specifications into production-ready plans for our factory team. Ensure all drawings adhere to precise measurements, scaling, and geometric principles. Design & Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design concepts. Work with the factory coordinator and machine operators to create drawings that are optimized for our manufacturing processes. Identify and troubleshoot technical and design-related issues before they reach the production stage. Documentation & Standards: Maintain an organized system for all project drawings and technical documentation. Create bills of materials (BOM) and cutting lists from the final drawings. Ensure all designs and specifications comply with industry standards and best practices. QualificationsA diploma or degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in technical drafting, preferably in the construction, furniture, or architectural products industry. Expert proficiency in industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360. Knowledge of materials like MDF, plywood, veneers, and laminates. Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
