Marketing Lead Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team, responsible for promoting our school and driving admissions through effective field marketing strategies. Minimum Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Lead Generation:   - Identify and generate quality leads from the market through door-to-door visits, events, and other outreach programs.   - Build relationships with parents, students, and influencers to promote our school. 2. Admission Conversions:   - Convince prospective parents and students to consider our school for admission.   - Address queries and concerns, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our school. 3. Campus Visits:   - Encourage and facilitate prospective parents and students to visit our campus.   - Ensure a warm and informative welcome, showcasing our facilities and programs. 4. Event Management:   - Organize and execute events, seminars, and workshops to create awareness about our school.   - Engage with the community, promoting our school's mission and values. 5. Market Research and Feedback:   - Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.   - Gather feedback from parents, students, and teachers to improve our services. 6. Collaboration and Reporting:   - Work closely with the admissions team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to achieve targets.   - Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and suggestions. 7. Brand Promotion:   - Promote our school's brand, values, and mission through various channels, including social media.   - Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) and English.
