Roles and Responsibilities:-
Executive of Human resource & Admin of ‘’ Meera laser solution Private
Limited’’ responsibilities are maintaining the HR & Admin related activities.
Human resources executive / manager shall plan, direct, and coordinate the
administrative functions of an organization. Oversee the recruiting, interviewing,
and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and
serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsibility of recruitment activities and
identify the suitable manpower and coordinate for interview with the involvement
of other process owners.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsible for maintaining / updating the
recruitment policy wherever needed and applicable.
Post interview, HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsible for provide
appointment letter to the employee with considering of HOD’s, MD and recruiting
policy.
Reference check of newly selected employees is the responsible of HR & Admin
Manager/ Executive.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive shall plan employee joint formalities, Induction
and orientation training etc..
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsible of performing the gap assessment
of newly joint employee with concern department HOD. Arrange the training (In
house / External) in considering with concern department HODs.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsible of creating and maintaining the
personnel file of employees, where all the employees’ personal details such
previous employer details, education details, training certificates, conducts,
performance records and etc.. Shall be stored / recorded.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive is responsible for conducting the annual training
need identification survey among the employees and preparing the annual
training program for employees with co- ordination of department HOD’s.
Arranging the training programme according to the training category whether
internal and external.
Once training completed, with the given period of time the training effectiveness
shall be monitored with the help of department HODs, Feedbacks of training and
Employees performances shall be accessed and recorded.
Time office management, shift time allocation and monitoring and take
measurements of Office, Shop floor, Service Employees attendance and make it
ready report to the Management by every month, Responsible is HR & Admin
Manager/ Executive.
Preparation & updating of Employees travel policy, Leave Policy, annual Leave
calendar preparation, Work timing policy, over time policy are the responsible HR
& Admin Manager/ Executive.
Employees Payroll, benefit and compensation management policy is responsibility
of HR.
Work facility management such as basic amenities like a water, Electrical and
etc. arrangements and Safety policy maintenance / updating and
implementation.
Labour welfare activities such as ESI /PF / Insurance (Travel/General).
Travel / accommodation arrangements for employees who travelling for official
work at local, domestic and international.
Maintaining of Statutory activities such as inspector of factories related registers,
Factory licence update, Fire safety registry , Pollution control board registration
(As Applicable) and other Government related activities…
With the support of management perform the employee’s performance appraisal
programme. Gather the employees’ annual achievements, annual performances
and individual conduct for supporting the annual appraisals for management.
Housekeeping management of both factory and office.
Security gate management.
Personnel conduct of individual employees shall be monitored and reported to
management every month with the ratting.
Strategy planning of workforce / facility arrangement shall be discussed with MD
at least once in 3 months.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive also responsible for monitoring / follow up the
customers for collecting the outstanding payments.
HR & Admin Manager/ Executive Shall present outstanding payments status to
MD by every week (Saturday).
Maintaining the Documents like Inspector of factories, government related documents and
registration certifications where applicable.
