HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Industry: Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization. Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates as per business requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Employee Records & Compliance Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation. Manage and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases. Handle statutory compliance including ESI & PF registrations, contributions, and reporting. Payroll & Compensation Prepare and issue salary slips on a monthly basis. Assist in structuring employee salaries and manage payroll data. Ensure accuracy in deductions, reimbursements, and compliance with statutory requirements. Asset Management Maintain records of company assets issued to employees. Track allocation, return, and accountability of assets. HR Operations Support in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR processes. Coordinate with internal departments and management for smooth HR functioning. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Recruitment (preferably in Logistics / 3PL industry). Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, payroll processing, salary structure, and compliance. Experience in handling asset management and employee documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems. Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving and people management skills.
