Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Sub. Tehsil, Khata No.168/188-189, Village Umaidpur, Sahnewal, Dehlon, Ludhiana, Punjab - 141120

Experience Required: 2 – 4 years

Industry: Corrugated Box Manufacturing (but open to any background if strong in recruitment)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can independently handle complete recruitment cycle for our corrugated box manufacturing unit. The candidate must have strong sourcing skills and can manage multiple blue-collar + technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from Production, Sales, Dispatch, PPC, etc.
• Source & screen candidates using Naukri/Indeed/LinkedIn & local channels
• Hire for roles like Machine Operators, Production Supervisors, Sales Executives, Dispatch Staff, PPC Executives, and General Labour
• Conduct initial telephonic screening & schedule interviews
• Maintain hiring trackers and MIS reports
• Coordinate salary discussion, offer roll-out and joinings
• Vendor coordination for labour contractors (if required)
• Close positions within defined timelines

Skills / Competencies:

• Strong sourcing & negotiation capability
• Excellent communication (Hindi/Punjabi + basic English)
• Good follow-up & closure mindset
• Ability to handle multiple positions at once
• Target oriented

Education:

Graduate in any stream preferred.
MBA/PGDM (HR) is an added advantage, not mandatory.
