Our client uses digital technologies to improve the planning, design, and management of projects. They encourage collaborative design and document management, which reduces errors and construction time while also increasing productivity, and lowering construction costs. Tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Building Information Modelling (BIM), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Scan to BIM are used to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Experience: 3 6 years

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Role responsibilities

Filling positions within an organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates.
Preparing job offers.
Joining process induction.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
