Role & responsibilities Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT and Non IT) Permanent Hiring Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Experience: 2–4 years Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent hiring across various domains and functions. Understand client requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies accordingly. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and referrals. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Ensure a smooth recruitment process and candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in a consultancy or staffing firm). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using MS Office tools and recruitment platforms.
