Role & responsibilities Collaborate regularly with the management team to understand hiring needs, particularly for high-volume recruitment in departments such as travel sales, ticketing, accounts, and creatives. Manage the initial stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing and preliminary HR screening to assess candidate suitability. Source potential candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, relevant qualifications, and role fitment. Share shortlisted profiles with the HR team or hiring managers and schedule further rounds of interviews. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the early touchpoints of the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the travel or service industry. Hands-on experience hiring for diverse roles such as sales, ticketing, accounts, and creative positions. Proficiency in using Naukri.com (with full recruiter access), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
