Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate regularly with the management team to understand hiring needs, particularly for high-volume recruitment in departments such as travel sales, ticketing, accounts, and creatives.
  • Manage the initial stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing and preliminary HR screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Source potential candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate recruitment knowledge, communication skills, stability, and fitment to company culture.
  • Share shortlisted profiles with the HR team or hiring managers and schedule further rounds of interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the early touchpoints of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal teams for timely feedback and closures.
  • Develop and maintain a talent network for recurring travel industry positions
  • Ownership mindset with discipline and adaptability to a fast-paced travel business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the travel or service industry.
  • Proven ability to source, shortlist, and assess travel profiles such as Sales Executives, Ticketing Staff, Accounts Executives,Marketing etc..
  • Hands-on experience using Naukri (Resdex + Job Postings) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to conduct professional screening calls and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and urgent hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
