  2 years of experience

  in recruitment

• Experienced candidates must have Non-IT recruitment exposure only

  (BPO / KPO / Healthcare / Sales)

Shift Timings:

Day Shift | Full-Time

Salary / Stipend Details:

Full-Time Salary:

• Freshers:

  15,000 Take Home

• Experienced:

  Up to 25,000 Take Home

  (Based on relevant Non-IT recruitment experience)
  

Internship Stipend:

• 1st Month:

  10,000

• 2nd & 3rd Month:

  15,000

  (Based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and references
  
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews
  
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates
  
• Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding process
  
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
  

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  
• Fluency and confidence in English is mandatory
  
• Active, professional, and career-oriented attitude
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Job Portals)
  
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
