Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in developing and posting job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn ,Indeed , Naukri, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to analyze hiring data is a plus.
