Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR/Recruiter to manage our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and execution strength to support the staffing needs across RS Business Group’s fast-expanding ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases
• Conduct interviews and support selection processes
• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
• Support HR documentation and compliance tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of job portals, HR software, and sourcing techniques

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Cost to Company (CTC): Approx. ₹40,000 per month
