We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to take complete ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities across functions and domains. The role demands strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. With 90% of the responsibilities focused on recruitment , this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility - 90%) Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles across IT, Non-IT, and digital marketing. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels. Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams and ensure timely follow-up. Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth closure of positions. Maintain recruitment dashboards and regular status reports to hiring stakeholders. 2.
