  Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews to assess candidate fit.

  Maintain recruitment dashboards and regular status reports to hiring stakeholders.

  Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

  Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  Proven expertise in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
