Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and HR operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Support HR operations including documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment and HR processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Proficiency in using job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
