Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Social Media Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media strategy and execution for our B2B and B2C clients. This role requires a deep understanding of various social platforms, content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and client communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored for B2B and B2C clients.

Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, video, and more) across all major platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to grow online communities.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in all posts.

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to enhance client strategies.

Generate performance reports, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients regularly.

Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives, review performance, and align on strategies.

Manage social media calendars, ensure timely delivery of posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Key Requirements

4 6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role in a digital marketing agency.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience managing both B2B and B2C brand accounts.

Excellent content writing and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
