Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at Invencio Tech, you will play a crucial role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate salary packages and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Onboarding:
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and assigning mentors.
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and foster a positive onboarding experience.
• Employer Branding:
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand through social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to attract top talent.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Utilize HRIS systems to track and manage recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for building strong relationships and providing exceptional candidate experiences.
