As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand's online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving growth through social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Content Creation:** Develop and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to share on social media platforms.
* **Community Management:** Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
* **Platform Management:** Manage and update our social media profiles, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
* **Social Media Marketing:** Execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
* **Analytics and Reporting:** Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* **Stay Updated:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create effective social media content.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.* Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Creative and innovative mindset.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in social media management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,570.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Required)
• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
