Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job vacancies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, maintaining candidate databases, assisting in onboarding processes, and developing strategies to attract top talent. The HR Recruiter will ensure timely hiring of qualified individuals while upholding organizational values and practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates through various platforms
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment metrics, and onboarding processes
• Ability to develop and implement creative talent acquisition strategies
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is an advantage
• Experience in recruitment within various industries or specialized hiring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in HR are beneficial
