About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing

end-to-end recruitment

for both

tech and non-tech roles

within a fast-paced

product-based SaaS organization

. You’ll play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and identify the right sourcing strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Recruit for a wide range of positions including engineering, product, customer success, marketing, and sales roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate details and status updates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance ratio.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a product-based SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven experience hiring for both technical (Engineering, Product, DevOps, QA) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, CS, HR) roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in using ATS / HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
