Job Description

  • Source potential candidates through diverse methods: job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications, evaluating qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Keep candidates informed of their application status and provide feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
