Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to learn the full cycle of talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Help organize recruitment drives and walk-in interviews
• Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus)
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
