Job Title: Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified sales professionals to support the company’s business growth. This role involves close coordination with the sales leadership team to understand hiring needs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensure timely onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales positions (Promoters, Sales Representatives, Supervisors, Area Sales Managers, etc.).

● Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment.

● Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

● Coordinate with sales managers for interviews and feedback.

● Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future sales hiring needs.

● Ensure timely offer roll-out and joining formalities.

● Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

● Conduct field hiring drives, walk-ins, or local tie-ups for mass hiring when required.

● Support in onboarding and documentation of new joiners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong understanding of sales roles and FMCG market dynamics.

● Field hiring experience preferred.

● Good negotiation and coordination abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).

● Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

● 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment (preferably FMCG or retail sector).

● Experience in mass and regional hiring will be an added advantage.
