Phone-screen for skill & culture; manage tech assignments and panels. ATS hygiene (stages, notes, SLAs), candidate communication, scheduling. Offer letter rollout, comp inputs, joining coordination, pre-boarding. Light employer branding (posts, events, micro-campaigns). Weekly reporting: time-to-fill, source mix, stage conversions, offer acceptance. Must-haves Proven talent acquisition across BD/IT/Engineering/AI families. Strong sourcing chops (Boolean/X-ray) & market mapping. Structured phone screening; clear written comms & notes. ATS experience (Zoho/Lever/Greenhouse/Workable or similar). Offer ops, documentation, and stakeholder management. Metrics mindset; moves fast without dropping quality. Nice-to-haves Basics of software/AI roles (Python/Node/React, AWS, ML). Early-stage/startup exposure; employer-branding knack.
