HR Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, and drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Your communication skills will play a crucial role in effectively interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Patience and flexibility are key qualities that you should possess in order to handle the challenges of recruitment efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential candidates through various online channels - Design and update job descriptions to attract qualified candidates - Screen incoming resumes and application forms to shortlist potential candidates - Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person to assess their suitability for the role - Prepare and distribute assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests - Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internal channels - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation - Send job offer emails and address queries related to compensation and benefits - Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly - Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting them in their onboarding process and addressing any concerns they may have Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in recruiting (Preferred) - Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred) Please Note: This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
