Designation:-HR Recruiter

Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years

Location: Vijay Nagar Indore (Onsite)

Compensation: 3LPA + Incentives (per successful hire)

Mon-Fri ( Every Saturday Half Day)

Shift Time:-10:30-7:30 pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process management: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Work on various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal database to attract talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable profiles.
• Schedule and manage interview process smoothly between candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
• Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and trackers regularly.
• Maintain compliance and documentation related to hiring.

Requirements

• 1.5 – 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
