We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms to generate high-quality online leads. The ideal candidate must be passionate about performance marketing and skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads(including Instagram), and other digital platforms.

* Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversion rates.

* Continuously monitor ad performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

* Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve ad effectiveness.

* Research market trends and competitor strategies in digital advertising.

* Manage daily ad budgets and bid strategies effectively.

* Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

* Ensure lead quality by tracking lead sources and working closely with the sales team.

Must-Have Skills:

* Proven experience in running and optimizing Google & Facebook Ads.

* Strong knowledge of online lead generation strategies.

* Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.

* Solid understanding of landing page optimization and funnel marketing.

* Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

### **Preferred Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad campaign management.

* Google Ads & Meta Certification is a plus.

* Experience with remarketing and lead nurturing strategies.
