Position: Sales & Operation Manager

Experience 4+ years

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Working day: 6 Days

Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Location: Sector 63, Noida, Near Noida electronic city metro station

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Sales & Business Development

• Pitch the companys EV investment opportunity to individual and group investors.
• Explain the model clearly: 65,000 per EV with 3,600/month return for 4 years.
• Achieve a monthly target of 100 EVs funded through personal sales and team efforts.
• Manage and support a small sales/tele calling team to close investor leads.
• Track all investor leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for KYC, agreement, and payout setup.
• Validate and monitor incentive payouts (1,000 per EV beyond 35 EVs per executive).

2. Fleet Deployment & Rider Onboarding

• Coordinate daily deployment of EVs to Zomato riders shared by the platform.
• Verify rider KYC documents, collect photos, and complete onboarding formalities.
• Ensure timely handover of EVs, chargers, helmets, and other rider materials.
• Keep records of deployed vehicles, rider details, and vehicle numbers.

3. Vehicle Management & Field Support

• Monitor fleet condition, coordinate battery swapping, and resolve servicing issues.
• Track GPS, insurance status, and usage reports for each vehicle.
• Ensure no EV remains idle for more than 3 days post-investment.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily reports of investors onboarded, EVs deployed, issues resolved.
• Coordinate with the founder, accounts, and tech support for seamless backend operations.
• Ensure proper communication with both riders and investors for satisfaction and trust.
